1 . Naukasana (Boat pose) Yoga asana for fat burning

Naukasana commonly termed as boat pose which works on tummy muscles and it also helps in strengthening the core

procedure to perform 
  • while lying down with your back , make your legs straight and hands by your side with shoulders relaxing
  • Now steadily and slowing start raising your hands and legs and start your mid section to raise with hands and shoulder raising .
  • Do above setup until your body reach a V shape . Hold this pose for around 30 seconds and again go to rest . You can repeat this procedure for as many as 10 times .

2. Kumbhakasana (plank pose)

Plank is the most famous pose in gym as well as in Yoga also but the only difference is the type of posture Yoga creates while doing plank . It is best pose for toning the muscles .

procedure to perform 
  • lie with your face down
  • Now make your hand below your chest and lift your body until your hand comes to straight
  • You should balance your body on your toes
  • Hold this position with face straight down no bending should be there and around 30 seconds
  • Repeat this 5 times

3 . Bhujangasana (cobra pose)

This Asana is used for strengthening abdominal muscles and it is also effective in back pain

procedure to perform 
  • Lie down on plain surface with your face facing surface
  • Keep your hands sideways to your chest
  • With raising your head take your weight on hands and lift your body with inhaling and legs should be touching the floor
  • Your body should be making a straight line
  • Hold this pose for around 30 seconds and repeat it 10 times


4 . Dhanurasana (Bow Pose)

This pose will help in strengthening abs and make your fat burn quickly but this pose is little hard to do so carefully do it .

procedure to perform 
  • Lie down on plain surface with your head down
  • Now bend your legs toward your back
  • Try to catch your legs with your hands
  • After catching legs stretch as much as you can and then hold for as much time you can
  • Only repeat this pose 3 times and after days you can increase your timing

5 . Sethu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge pose)

This asana improves the toning of your muscles , regulates the digestion well and can also used for improving thyroid levels .

procedure to perform 
  • Lie down with your face facing the sky
  • Fold your legs till your knee
  • Make your hands touch your toes
  • Now start lifting your buttocks and stomach and stretch as much as you can and hold
  • Repeat this Asana for 10 times .
